3. Subscription & Payments

• We offer weekly, monthly, and 3-monthly subscription plans.
• A free trial is available, but refunds are not provided for paid subscriptions.
• Payments are processed through Stripe, Play Store, and App Store.
• If a payment fails, access to the service will be revoked until payment is made.

4. AI-Generated Content & Ownership

• GetTheJob owns all AI-generated interview feedback and related content.
• Users can submit content (e.g., custom interview questions), which becomes the property of GetTheJob.

5. Account Deletion & Termination

• Users may delete their accounts at any time.
• GetTheJob reserves the right to terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

6. Disclaimers & Liability

• No Guarantee of Job Success: While our services are designed to improve interview performance, we do not guarantee job offers or employment.
• Limited Liability: GetTheJob is not liable for any losses, damages, or missed job opportunities resulting from the use of our platform.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
